What We Believe

GOD 

God is the Creator and Ruler of the universe. He has eternally existed in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal and are one God.

MANKIND

We are all made in the spiritual image of God, to be like Him in character. We are the supreme object of God's creation. Although mankind has tremendous potential for good, we are marred by an attitude of disobedience towards God called 'sin'. This attitude separates us from God.

ETERNITY

We all were created to exist forever. We will either exist eternally separated from God by sin, or in union with Him through forgiveness and salvation. The place of eternal separation from God is called Hell. Heaven is the place of eternal union and eternal life with God.

SALVATION

Salvation is a gift from God to mankind. We can never make up for our sin by self-improvement of good works. Only by trusting in Jesus Christ as God's offer of forgiveness can we be saved from sin's penalty. Eternal life begins the moment we receive Jesus Christ into our life by faith.

JESUS CHRIST

Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He is co-equal with the Father. Jesus lived a sinless human life and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all by dying on a cross. He arose from the dead after three days to demonstrate His power over sin and death. He ascended to Heaven's glory and will return again to Earth to reign as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

THE BIBLE

The Bible is God's word to all mankind. It was written by human authors, under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is the supreme source of truth for Christian belief and living. It is truth without any mixture of error.

What to Expect

THE WORSHIP EXPERIENCE

The #1 thing you can expect when attending Life Church is having a genuine experience with God. It is our goal to provide an atmosphere that allows you to do just that. We believe in expressing our love for Jesus Christ, and being a Light in a dark world. Our weekly gatherings include powerful music, visual illustrations, drama, and media designed to offer a complete interactive and participatory experience for your whole family. We see our relationship with Jesus Christ as alive and active, and our worship times should be the same way.

LENGTH OF SERVICE

It is our goal to keep our service to a reasonable length. On average our services last less than 90 minutes. We do value your time and don’t want to keep you longer than needed.

IS THERE A SAFE PLACE FOR MY KIDS?

YES!! We are glad to be able to provide an exceptional Children’s Ministry for all ages, newborn-6th grade. Our nursery is staffed with loving caring individuals that will care for your little one(s), so you can experience your moment with God. Your older children can also experience an encounter with God while attending Wee Kids for 2-3 year olds, Super Kids for Pre-K & K, Wake for 1st-4th grade & Momentum for 5th-6th grade.  All areas of the Children’s Ministry are closed off to everyone except our volunteers and kids for these classes.  Each child receives a name tag with an assigned code upon checking in for the service.  The parent will also have a copy of that tag.  This tag must be used to pick up your child immediately following service.  If at anytime during the service there is an issue and the parent is needed then the appropriate assigned code will be flashed on the screens in the auditorium.  The parent can exit through the main auditorium entrance/exit and show that tag to the security officer and the volunteer for that classroom will be paged to the door.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

When attending Life Church you will see a variety of dress styles from the three button suit to the casual jeans. We truly want you to feel as comfortable as possible during your worship experience.

THE MESSAGE

The messages that are presented are full of God’s Word (the Bible) and will be applicable to your everyday life. Our desire is to deliver a Bible based message that is both of communication including video, drama, and visual illustrations to aid in our presentation.

WHEN I WALK THROUGH THE DOORS

Once you pull onto our campus, it is our goal to help you feel at home and a part of our family. You will not be asked to join our church, but to experience the difference that Life Church offers. We want you to simply enjoy your time here and make a genuine connection with God. You will be welcomed by one of our greeters and if you are new to Life Church you will be filled in on the different types of ministries and activities we offer. If you have any questions you may ask them or head directly to our Information Center and we will be glad to assist you.  Every Sunday our Cafe Connect is open to serve you free coffee or for a small fee you can enjoy your favorite flavored coffee.
